A rack that draws a building’s worth of power
Dense accelerated compute changes the power train, the thermal loop, the network fabric and the security model at the same time. The facility gets designed around the cluster, not the other way round.
Built for accelerated compute
An AI hall is not a server room with bigger boxes. The rack draws the power of a small building, rejects its heat into water, and needs a fabric that never blocks. We build the facility around that, not the other way round.

No shared fate, anywhere
Two entries on opposite sides of the site, two mirrored meet-me rooms, separate trays, separate power. If a backhoe finds one route, the facility does not notice.

Every strand OTDR-traced and loss-tested, every path failed over under load, every record in the as-built.
Five thresholds to a rack
Physical security is designed as concentric zones, each with its own credential, its own audit trail and its own failure mode. Fire detection and suppression follow the same logic.
Perimeter
- Palisade fence & anti-ram barrier
- Thermal & PTZ CCTV
- Intrusion detection
